We really thought we could not be normal with food. We would think about food all day, and start a new diet every damn Monday after bingeing all weekend.
Eventually we hit diet bottom and KNEW we couldn’t diet for one more day. But those first months (years?) felt like a free fall. What the hell were we doing??
We didn’t know how to heal our relationship with food and our bodies so we could be truly free (not just stuck in “NOT dieting” for the rest of our lives).

We really thought we could not be normal with food. We would think about food all day, and start a new diet every damn Monday after bingeing all weekend.
Eventually we hit diet bottom and KNEW we couldn’t diet for one more day. But those first months (years?) felt like a free fall. What the hell were we doing??
We didn’t know how to heal our relationship with food and our bodies so we could be truly free (not just stuck in “NOT dieting” for the rest of our lives).
